Scheduling Information for New Patients

New Patients:
Our office will contact you before your appointment is approved and officially scheduled.
Please note the reason for your visit and indicate whether this is a new patient or follow-up visit in Step 2 of the booking process.

New Patient Consultation Fee

A $50 consultation fee is required for all new patients before an appointment can be confirmed.

• This fee will be applied toward any future treatments or services

• In some cases, this fee may not be required if you are using health insurance for select medical skin concerns

• The consultation fee is non-refundable

• If payment is not received within 24 business hours of booking, the appointment will be cancelled

Insurance No-Show Policy

For patients booking using health insurance only:
One no-show or cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment, before establishing care with our practice, will result in no longer being able to book future appointments with our office.
